1. Is this request related to a challenge you're experiencing? Tell me about your story.

I'd like to propose a feature to address the challenges I encountered while upgrading Dify versions: the extensive changes and complexity of environment variables make maintenance difficult. When upgrading Dify versions, I found that the significant changes and complexity of environment variables lead to maintenance difficulties.I hope Dify can introduce configuration files to centralize all environment variables in one place, making management and modifications more convenient. I recommend using YAML files as Dify's configuration files. This feature will make it easier for new Dify users to understand the purpose of each environment variable, while also helping large-scale Dify users better locate, troubleshoot, and upgrade their deployments.

2. Additional context or comments

I recommend using YAML files as Dify's configuration files to make configurations clearer and easier to manage.I'm willing to submit a pull request to help implement this feature.

3. Can you help us with this feature?

  • I am interested in contributing to this feature.
