Have a long document indexed in parent-child (full-doc)

✔️ Expected Behavior

should be able to preview the entire document

the preview windows lacks a scrollbar

This scrollbar issue in the chunk detail preview window is tracked in an open GitHub issue (#1542). The root cause appears to be how the SegmentDetail component applies CSS classes: in view mode, it should use overflow-y-auto to enable scrolling, but in some states or modes, it may use overflow-hidden or miss the scrollable class, preventing the scrollbar from appearing. A similar scrollbar fix was recently applied to another modal by adding overflow-y-auto and a max height to the container. As a workaround, you can try editing the relevant container div in SegmentDetail to ensure it always uses overflow-y-auto when displaying long content, and consider setting a max-h-[calc(100vh-20px)] style to limit the height and trigger scrolling when needed.
