Steps to reproduce

I was tring to upload the files to my knowledage base by API
API key is from konwleadge base

✔️ Expected Behavior

Upload sucessfully

❌ Actual Behavior

Upload filese and indicate the error 400 {"code":"invalid_param","message":"Invalid user account","status":400}

Is there any api key for my workspace ? I cannot find it ,I can only fine the API key of app and knowledage base

The 400 "Invalid user account" error happens because the file upload API for the knowledge base expects a dataset-scoped API key (not an app key or a generic knowledge base key). The endpoint is /datasets/pipeline/file-upload and requires a POST request with the file in the file field as multipart/form-data.

Make sure you are using a dataset API key (sometimes called a knowledge base API key) as a Bearer token in the Authorization header. There is no separate workspace-level API key; the dataset key is what you need. If you use an app key or the wrong type of key, authentication will fail and you'll get this error.

If you can't find the dataset API key, check your workspace's knowledge base/dataset settings and generate one there.
