You can rollback a plugin to a previous version only after you have installed the plugin (at lastest version, by default)

It would be useful to allow the installation choosing the version also on the first install.
For example, I cannot install "Markdown Exporter" because latest version 2.1.0 does not work, but the previous version 2.0.0 worked.
