Description

Please update the graph engine unit tests to use the shared UTC datetime helper instead of datetime.utcnow so test output no longer includes the deprecation warning.

Motivation

The current deprecation warnings add noise to test runs and can hide real regressions; using the project’s UTC helper keeps time handling consistent across tests.
