Steps to reproduce

curl --location --request GET 'https://api.dify.ai/v1/messages/abf41ddd-f3c9-466c-b7be-034912816278/suggested?user=abc-123' \ --header 'Authorization: Bearer app-gJVo00gYbJUwYTWzIfBKJ9ph' \ --header 'Content-Type: application/json'

I created a chatflow, When I request suggested api, I got 400
