Description

react/exhaustive-deps is not enabled in both the ESLint config and Oxlint config. It is disabled in oxlint.configs['flat/recommended'], but not enabled in oxlint.

Motivation

This is a very important rule. We should consider enabling it in ESLint and utilizing the official ESLint plugin to ensure the rule's correctness.

I am willing to submit a PR to fix this issue
