Steps to reproduce

Dear dify admin , I am using Dify Sandbox Plan , and do some test with API access with my application in workspace, but it reached the monthly API rate limit in the past Nov , I am waiting till now , but it seems not to reset although the notice email show "Monthly API Rate Limit for the Sandbox Plan will reset on 2025-11-30." . so Would you please help to reset it ? my account is adu@paloaltonetworks.com, thanks a lot !

✔️ Expected Behavior

release / reset my API rate limit if possible , thanks!

It still with limit , and error show " Monthly API Rate Limit for the Sandbox Plan will reset on 2025-11-30." but Half a month passed after Nov 30 , why it also limit for API rate now ? need your help to resolve , thanks!
