Objective

Integrate @tanstack/eslint-plugin-query into the project to enforce best practices and avoid common pitfalls such as missing dependencies in query keys.

Tasks

  • Install and configure the ESLint plugin.
  • Fix existing linting errors revealed by the new rules in the service layer.
