Description

The PR checklist still points backend contributors to dev/reformat for linting, but the standard backend lint entrypoint is make lint. The checklist should match the current command so contributors run the correct lint step.

Motivation

Reduce contributor confusion and keep lint instructions consistent with current tooling.
