This is a known issue in Dify v1.11.3 self-hosted via Docker, where the login button does not respond unless you refresh the browser. It's tracked in the repository and marked as "help wanted" see issue #1542. The root cause appears to be a frontend state management bug—refreshing the page forces the UI to update and lets you proceed.

Recent updates have improved the login flow, including a merged fix for web app login handling in newer versions see PR #30705. If possible, upgrading to the latest Dify release is recommended, as this may resolve the problem.

For v1.11.3, the only reliable workaround is to refresh the browser after clicking the login button. You can also try clearing your browser cache or restarting your Docker containers, and check for errors in the browser console for more clues. If the issue persists after upgrading, capturing browser logs and environment details will help with further troubleshooting.
