Based on high-frequency queries, the following message will appear upon dialogue box initialisation: "Hello, these are the questions most people are asking. Is there anything here you need?"

Guide users to click on frequently asked questions, thereby reducing the burden of input.

2. Additional context or comments

Implement intelligent operations and maintenance through a knowledge base, presenting frequently asked questions (FAQs) ranked by frequency to internal developers.
