Hi Dify maintainers, thanks for the platform.

Docs proposal
Many Dify users ship RAG apps quickly, then hit reliability issues. Could we add a short “RAG debugging checklist” doc?

What it does

  • takes common symptoms that appear in Dify RAG apps
  • maps each to a single failure-mode code (16 codes total)
  • gives minimal checks and fixes users can try first

Reference taxonomy
WFGY Problem Map (No 1 to No 16):
https://github.com/onestardao/WFGY/blob/main/ProblemMap/README.md

Scope
Docs-only. If you like it, I can draft a first version and open a PR.

2. Additional context or comments

3. Can you help us with this feature?

Appreciate the interest.

I opened this issue and I’m already working on a follow-up docs PR for it. Once the draft is up, I’ll share it here and we can iterate together. If you want to contribute, the easiest path is to review the PR or suggest concrete edits on top of it.

Maintainers: I can take the first pass PR for this doc if that works.
