Description

Fixed a bug where any content in the 'fetch' parameter was incorrectly converted to True, which was illogical.

How Has This Been Tested?

Tested the 'fetch' parameter conversion with different inputs; "yes", "true", "t", "y", "1" correctly convert to True, while others convert to False.
