Description

This PR aims to clean up and streamline the z-index settings for modals by utilizing the wrapperClassName prop. The changes address conflicts that arose after recent updates to the modal and header z-index values.

Previously, in PR #4978, the modal z-index was set using CSS:

.modal-dialog {
  @apply relative z-50;
}

This change made setting the wrapperClassName prop unnecessary for controlling the z-index of modals.

However, PR #5017 introduced a modification that set the header's z-index to 20. This change led to conflicts with certain modals that were manually set to a z-index of 20 or lower.

To resolve these conflicts and improve the overall management of modal z-index values, this PR removes the manual z-index settings from individual modals.
