This PR corrects minor typos: UNSTRUSTURED -> UNSTRUCTURED (S -> C)

$ grep -R UNSTRSCTURED . | wc -l
0

$ grep -R UNSTRUCTURED_ALLOWED_EXTENSIONS . | wc -l

$ grep -R UNSTRUSTURED_ALLOWED_EXTENSIONS . | wc -l
0
