Fixes #6692

The value of PROMPT_GENERATION_MAX_TOKENS is set to 512, which is same as prior to this PR. Thus, it will not change the current system's behaviour. What this PR allows is to give users a way to modify the length of prompt that is created by Prompt Generator.

  • Set the PROMPT_GENERATION_MAX_TOKENS to 512 in the .env file
    The prompt generation got stopped at 2570 characters and not completed.

    The prompt generator successfully created a 3776 characters long prompt.
