Steps to reproduce

Here is a mocked file: p.csv. Upload to knowledge and select "Custom":

No response

❌ Actual Behavior

BTW, when I upload a larger file with multiple lines, the "previewed chunks" works. However the content are duplicated, it must be wrong.
