1. Is this request related to a challenge you're experiencing?

Yes, I think optimizing this issue could bring me joy.

2. Describe the feature you'd like to see

When using "Create Knowledge" to upload a file, it should not repeat the upload if the file has already been uploaded.
And the web page should provide a notification that the file has already been uploaded to help improve user experience.
When deleting a dataset, the associated uploaded files should also be deleted, including document, etc.

3. How will this feature improve your workflow or experience?

Files that have already been uploaded will not be uploaded again, which can reduce the storage space on local disks or AWS S3 and so on, avoiding the waste of storage space.
