Steps to reproduce

In "Agent Assistant" mode, while using the context and tools simultaneously, and when the tools include custom tools.

✔️ Expected Behavior

In "Agent Assistant" mode, allowing simultaneous configuration of context and custom tools, the openAI model operates normally.

❌ Actual Behavior

OpenAI returns a 400 error.
