Steps to reproduce

1、创建知识库，选择pdf文档，设置高质量，选择选择Q&A，使用
2、执行向量化调用接口失败
3、文档所有段落是已禁用

✔️ Expected Behavior

报错，不再继续调用
界面可以以现有分段的Q&A文本继续执行
Q&A的模型可以在此处自行选择
