Summary

I noticed that in some cases when I open a workflow URL, it redirects to overview.
After checking the code, it seems that the redirection was caused by the result of the API call for the app detail data before the API call for the workspace data was completed.
In this PR, I changed the redirect processing to be performed after both the workspace data and the app detail data are completed.
