Summary

This PR changes some administrative commands that added in https://github.com/langgenius/dify/pull/18835 as follows:

  • Allow skipping user confirmtion to support batch execution senarios for clear-orphaned-file-records and remove-orphaned-files-on-storage commands, by --force or -f option.
  • Enhance clear-orphaned-file-records to clean up message_files before proceeding to find orphaned files
