Summary

🐛 Issue Fixed
Fixed annotation deletion functionality that was failing in chat assistants when multiple models are added for conversation 1.

📱 User Impact
Before: Annotation deletion failed silently, confusing users
After: Clear success/error feedback with immediate UI updates
Fixes #21448
