Summary

This PR addresses minor typos and removes debug code from the codebase:

  1. Grammar fixes: Corrected plural form inconsistencies in error messages:

    • Changed "1 minutes" to "1 minute" in rate limit error descriptions
    • Fixed "tansfer" to "transfer" typo
    • Corrected "a admin" to "an admin" in ownership transfer emails

  2. Code cleanup: Removed debug print statements that were left in the owner transfer functionality

  3. Content deduplication: Removed duplicate content paragraphs in email change verification templates

The changes improve code quality and user experience by providing grammatically correct error messages and cleaner code without debug artifacts.
