Summary

This PR adds a model to save workflow state during execution suspension, serving as the foundation for the Human Input feature.

Changes

  • Introduces a new model WorkflowSuspension to save workflow state during execution suspension
  • Adds a suspension_id field to the WorkflowExecutionModel to record the current suspension state of the execution
  • Adds corresponding database migration
