Summary

This PR adds support for Elasticsearch Cloud in Dify, enabling users to connect to managed Elastic instances instead of relying solely on self-hosted Elasticsearch.

Fixes #23016

Motivation

The current Elasticsearch connector assumes a self-hosted setup. Many users (like myself) prefer managed cloud solutions to avoid the overhead of maintaining Elasticsearch infrastructure. This feature improves ease of deployment, especially for SaaS or smaller teams.
