Summary

Temporarily removes the TagSelector component from the app sidebar detailed panel following feedback from PR #23325. The designer needs to review the tag placement in the sidebar before finalizing the UI.

Changes:

  • Remove TagSelector component and related imports from app-info.tsx
  • Remove tag state management logic from sidebar
  • Preserve all other tag management functionality

Preserved functionality:

  • ✅ AppCard TagSelector (main apps list)
  • ✅ TagManagementModal (tag management popup)
  • ✅ TagFilter management entry ("All Tags" dropdown)
  • ✅ Backend API integration and tag data fetching

This is a minimal, reversible change that maintains core tag functionality while addressing the design concern raised in #23325.
