Summary

This PR fixes the i18n auto-translation workflow that stopped working after July 26, 2025 due to GitHub Actions permission policy changes. The workflow was failing with 'Permission denied' errors when trying to push translated files.

Changes made:

  • Added explicit permissions section with contents: write and pull-requests: write
  • Replaced persist-credentials: false with explicit token configuration
  • Fixed step naming from 'Run npm script' to 'Generate i18n translations' for clarity
  • Added token parameter to peter-evans/create-pull-request action

The workflow should now be able to automatically create PRs with translated files when en-US translations are updated.

Fixes #23493
