Summary

This PR resolves a circular import issue in the AppGenerateEntity class by replacing the specific TraceQueueManager type annotation with Any type.

Fixes #23729

Changes

  • Removed the import of TraceQueueManager from core.ops.ops_trace_manager
  • Changed the type annotation of trace_manager field from Optional[TraceQueueManager] to Optional[Any]
  • Added a comment explaining why Any is used to avoid the circular import
