Summary

Fixes chevron icon state synchronization issue in SimpleSelect component and adds missing notClearable prop to monitoring model selector.

Changes:

  1. Fixed SimpleSelect chevron icon not updating when dropdown closed by clicking outside - now uses Headless UI's render prop pattern for accurate state tracking
  2. Added notClearable={true} to chart-view model selector to prevent accidental item deselection
