Summary

Fixes #23906

  • Adjusted ECharts grid configuration to prevent text truncation in overview monitoring charts
  • Set bottom margin to 10px to accommodate descender characters (g, y, p)
  • Set left margin to 25px to handle various Y-axis label widths consistently
  • Fixed TypeScript errors in chart data type assertions
