Summary

This PR adds a "Scroll to selected node" button to the workflow header that allows users to quickly navigate to the currently selected node.

Changes:

  • Remove old "move to this node" button from workflow panel
  • Add new "Scroll to selected node" button in workflow header center
  • Implement i18n support (English, Chinese, Japanese)
  • Use standard node navigation API consistent with goto-anything component
  • Clean up unused NodePosition component
