Summary

Fixed icon flickering issue in dataset sidebar during expand/collapse transitions.

Changes:

  • Unified layout structure for both expand/collapse states
  • Single AppIcon component with dynamic size props instead of conditional rendering
  • Fixed container structure prevents DOM rebuilding
  • Optimized spacing for collapsed state
