This pull request primarily restructures documentation to improve organization and consistency across the project. Key changes include moving all non-English README files into a dedicated README/ directory, updating internal links in both README and CONTRIBUTING documents to reflect the new structure, and ensuring that references to the license file and contribution guidelines are correct in all supported languages. Additionally, a new security vulnerability reporting link has been added to the issue template.

Documentation Restructuring and Link Updates:

  • Moved all translated README files (e.g., README_CN.md, README_TW.md, etc.) into a new README/ directory, and updated the main README.md to point to these new locations for each language.
  • Updated image and internal document links in all translated README files to use the correct relative paths after moving them to the README/ directory.
