Summary

Fixes #26516

This PR resolves React console warnings and TypeScript errors in the CodeGroupPanels component by:

  • Adding proper key props to TabPanel components in map iteration
  • Initializing useRef hooks with null values to satisfy TypeScript strict mode

The changes are backward compatible and follow React best practices.
