Fixes #26540

Summary

Updates frontend dependencies to latest stable versions:

  • Next.js: 15.5.0 → 15.5.4 (patch updates for bug fixes)
  • Lexical packages: Unify from 0.30.0/0.35.0 → 0.36.2 (resolves version inconsistencies)
