Closes #26582

Summary

Disclaimer: If you DO THINK contributions to enterprise-only features aren't welcomed, please kindly close this PR.
I have known that SSO is an enterprise-only feature, but I don't think this PR is doing any harm to the difference between enterprise and community edition. Instead, I hope it improves the experience of some enterprise users using SSO while I'm not.
This PR:

  • Does changes to the frontend so that only enabled SSO providers are shown.
  • More social login platforms without OIDC support (or with partially OIDC support but won't work out of the box) are added.
  • Enables the easier integration of more SSO platforms in the future.
  • Envs adding the configurations doesn't interfere with the global toggle not being available in community edition.

Checklist

  • This change requires a documentation update, included: Dify Document
  • I understand that this PR may be closed in case there was no previous discussion or issues. (This doesn't apply to typos!)
  • I've added a test for each change that was introduced, and I tried as much as possible to make a single atomic change.
  • I've updated the documentation accordingly.
  • I ran dev/reformat(backend) and cd web && npx lint-staged(frontend) to appease the lint gods
