Removed the reportUnnecessaryCast rule from pyrightconfig.json to enforce stricter type checking.

This change revealed several instances of redundant cast calls, which have been removed from the following files:

  • api/core/plugin/utils/chunk_merger.py
  • api/core/workflow/nodes/knowledge_index/knowledge_index_node.py
  • api/services/tools/mcp_tools_manage_service.py

All related typing errors have been resolved, and the backend test suite passes.
