Summary

fix https://github.com/langgenius/dify/issues/26835
Reasons I believe this requires revision:

  1. https://github.com/langgenius/dify/pull/7027 has added code that will output both JSON and TEXT when a tool is called.
  2. When displaying text, only the JSON should be concatenated; the TEXT should remain unprocessed.
