Summary

fixes #27310
Reason:
document.word_count counts the number of characters extracted from the document. In the subsequent transform phase, there may be overlapping characters between segments, so the total number of characters across all segments of the document will be greater than document.word_count.

When deleting in segments, document_word_count - segment.word_count can result in negative values.

Fix:
After completing the segmentation of the document, count the total number of characters in each segment and assign it to document.word_count, rather than during the extraction stage.
