Summary

Fixes #27237

This PR adds a flatten_output configuration option to the iteration node, allowing users to control whether array outputs should be flattened or maintain a nested structure. When enabled (default), iteration outputs like [[1,2], [2,4], [3,6]] are automatically flattened to [1,2,2,4,3,6]; when disabled, the nested structure is preserved. The implementation includes backend logic, frontend UI controls with i18n support (EN/CN).
