Summary

part of #28211
related to #28218

The same error occurred in the agent log modal.

  • Remove direct useStore hook usage from StatusPanel component
  • Add optional isListening prop with default value false
  • Update agent-log-modal to explicitly pass isListening={false}
  • Maintain existing behavior in workflow/run by passing isListening from store
