Summary

associated issue: fix https://github.com/langgenius/dify/issues/28300

Change the Citations banner in dark mode to fully opaque
In dark mode, the citation popup uses a transparent background. this a common issue to many frames in dark mode.

The night mode's transparency is too high. Change it to completely opaque, similar to day mode. Examine similar background colors in night mode to determine the appropriate color value:

I have changed the background-section-burn setting for night mode to completely opaque, similar to day mode. Use #27272b (consistent with background-section-burn-inverted)
