Summary

Fixes #29181
Flask's "uuid" route converter provides a uuid.UUID object, which can cause type mismatches when code later expects a string dataset_id. This PR ensures dataset_id is coerced to a string inside DatasetDocumentListApi.get to avoid comparisons/mismatches and potential permission/query errors.
