Summary

fix #29454

When you configure httpx to use a forward proxy (e.g., proxies={"http":"http://proxy:8080"}), it switches into “write the request on behalf of the client” mode and overwrites the Host header with the hostname extracted from the URL, discarding any Host value you previously set by hand.
