Summary

Refactors LargeLanguageModel to extract reusable helpers for plugin invocation, non-stream result normalization, callback dispatch, and tool-call delta merging.
Adds unit tests covering non-stream parsing (string/list content, tool-call merge, empty iterator, passthrough).
No behavior change intended.
