Summary

Fixes #31299

Adds detailed ESLint commands and usage examples to AGENTS.md to help AI assistants understand how to properly lint frontend code.

The guide includes:

  • Basic lint commands (pnpm lint, pnpm lint:fix)
  • How to lint specific files or directories
  • Quiet mode for errors only
  • Complexity checking
  • Note about pre-commit hooks
