Summary

This PR fixes Redis Cluster EVAL failures in trigger debug flows by ensuring all related Redis keys share the same hash slot.

Key changes:

Wrapped tenant_id with Redis hash tags ({tenant_id}) in all trigger debug–related keys

Updated Lua scripts and key builders to use consistent hash-tagged key formats

Ensured all keys accessed within a single EVAL execution are colocated in the same Redis slot

This change is required for correct behavior in Redis Cluster mode and is backward-compatible with standalone Redis deployments.
