Summary

  • Refactor three complex components (DocumentList, EmbeddingDetail, Metadata) by extracting reusable hooks and sub-components
  • Reduce cyclomatic complexity and improve code maintainability
  • Add comprehensive test coverage for all extracted modules

Changes

  • DocumentList: Extract sorting, selection, and action hooks; split into table row, sort header components
  • EmbeddingDetail: Extract status polling hook and mutation hooks; split UI into smaller components
  • Metadata: Restructure into DocTypeSelector, FieldInfo, MetadataFieldList components with editor/save hooks
